Ingo Klopfer

Publisher, writer, event organizer, actor, writer and playwright
He has also made weird and wonderful films, played in
several bands and on several occasions, tried with varying degrees of
un-success the visual arts
Since 2000, he has organized and driven the
‘get shorties’ reading stage. In 2003 he became the director of Maringo that
publishes regularly short stories anthologies and audio books. He has
complimented his work, from 2002 onward, in co-organizing arts, reading, music
and film events in various cities including Vienna, Berlin, Stuttgart. One of
his main work partners is Albert Beckmann.
In 2006/07, he worked in
conjunction with the art gallery 'Basementized.Kunst.Cellar'. It aimed to establish a large art, music and film festival in Heilbronn. This idea has become a reality.
From 2008, he has worked with various large event
organizers resulting in rich collaborations including this Film Festival.
So it continues in 2011 with numerous tours around the country, collaboration is sought in interesting places where the Film Festival programme can be shown. Apart Stuttgart, Heilbronn and Mainz,
the Festival will take place in Schwäbisch Hall and Welzheim.
A new addition is Crailsheim and Schwäbisch Gmünd as a new venue
for the open screenings.
For the Festival Tour in Vienna and London Albert Beckmann takes the driving seat.
He currently lives in
Stuttgart.

Verleger, Autor, Eventveranstalter, Schauspieler, Drehbuch – und Theaterautor
Er hat aber selbst auch schon kleine seltsame Filmchen gedreht, in mehreren untalentierten Bands gespielt und sich erfolglos in der Bildenden Kunst ausprobiert.
Seit 2000 organisiert und belebt er die get shorties Lesebühne. Seit 2003 ist er Chef des Maringo Verlags und verlegt regelmäßig Kurzgeschichtenanthologien und Hörbücher. Seit 2002 organisiert er zusammen mit Albert Beckmann u.a. in Wien, Berlin, Stuttgart u.a.O. Kunstevents, mit Bildender Kunst, Lesung, Musik und Film.
Ingo Klopfer lebt zur Zeit in Stuttgart.
2006/07 kommt es zur Zusammenarbeit mit der Galerie basementizid kunst cellar. Es entsteht die Idee, ein größeres Kunst-, Musik- und Filmfestival in Heilbronn ins Leben zu rufen. Aus der Idee wurden Taten.
Seit 2008 arbeitet er mit verschiedengroßen Veranstaltungsorten zusammen sodass es zu zahlreichen Kooperationen kommt, auch was das Filmfestival angeht.
So wird es auch 2011 zu zahlreichen Touren durchs Land kommen, wo an interessanten Orten das Filmfestivalprogramm gezeigt werden kann. Neben Stuttgart, Heilbronn und Mainz wird es auch 2011das Festival in den Programmkinos von Schwäbisch Hall und Welzheim geben. Neu hinzu kommt Crailsheim und als neuer Austragungsort für die Open Screenings Schwäbisch Gmünd.
Für das Festivaltourprogramm in Wien und London ist Albert Beckmann zuständig.
